Working Principle of Thermo Dehumidifier Ceiling-mounted Type TD-C Series 

TD-C series includes four sections: cooling section, heating section, control section, and humidity control section.

The cooling section consists of two parts, called the high-temperature part and the low-temperature part, each part is independent. The evaporation of the refrigerant in the high-temperature part absorbs the heat from the refrigerant in the low-temperature part and vaporizes; the evaporation of the refrigerant in the low-temperature part absorbs heat from the object being cooled to obtain cooling energy. The high-temperature part and the low-temperature part are combined with an evaporative condenser, which is both a condenser for the high-temperature part and a condenser for the low-temperature part.

During the dehumidification process, the indoor temperature will drop rapidly. When the room temperature is lower than the required temperature, the control section will turn on the electric heater to heat the air, thereby achieving the heating effect and stabilizing the temperature and humidity.

The control section has a large-screen medium-temperature LCD display and a reserved RS485 interface to realize monitoring networking and fuzzy intelligent control. The control accuracy can reach ±1C and ±5%RH.

The humidity section is divided into humidification and dehumidification: the humidification generally uses the electrode, that is, low-pressure steam is directly injected into the experimental space to add the moisture. It has fast humidification speed and sensitive control, and it is easy to achieve forced humidification especially during cooling. When the humidity in the air is greater than the required value, the compressor refrigeration is started, and the air is cooled to below the dew point temperature through the evaporator, and the moisture in the air is precipitated, thereby achieving the dehumidification effect.
